Sports and Schedule

The School morning routine is jumpstarted by a compulsory morning run which is meant to improve alertness and general blood flow and mental conditioning. Games is a MUST for all students and there are internal sports days within the school that promote healthy competition and togetherness of our student bodies. For physical training and mental & attitude reset, we also provide avenues for more intense sports activities. We have clubs and provide kits for Athletics and Physical Fitness, Rugby, Basketball, Soccer, Swimming and Handball. For those who prefer indoor games we provide Table tennis, Badminton, Chess, Scrabble and Volleyball. To support the training for these sports and to strengthen cognitive abilities and general endurance, we have a well-equipped gym that has training timetables setup by the various sports and club patrons.
